| Luxinnovation, l'Agence nationale pour la promotion de l'innovation et de la recherche a le plaisir d'annoncer la seconde édition de son forum « Business meets Research ». Au vu du succès qu'avait rencontré cet événement en 2007, l'Agence proposera aux entreprises de rencontrer les acteurs de la recherche publique, le 28 octobre 2008, dans le Centre de Conférences de la Chambre de Commerce. |

| Continuité et nouveautés |
Si l'objectif du Forum reste la valorisation des résultats de la recherche publique luxembourgeoise et la promotion des collaborations entre entreprises privées et secteur public, le programme de cette nouvelle édition se verra agrémenté d'un certain nombre de nouveautés. L'événement s'ouvrira par ailleurs aux entreprises de la Grande Région.

| Des thématiques précises |
« Business meets Research » 2007 se voulait une cartographie exhaustive du paysage de la recherche publique au Luxembourg. L'édition 2008 sera quant à elle plus axée sur des thématiques identifiées comme essentielles et directement exploitables par les entreprises. Les laboratoires présenteront leur savoir-faire et leurs services applicables en entreprise pour chaque thématique au cours de 7 workshops. A ce jour, les thématiques suivantes ont été retenues :

- Technologies de l'Information et de la Communication (ICT) ;
- Développement Durable ;
- Ressources Humaines ;
- Matériaux ;
- Risk Management ;
- Logistique / Traçabilité ;
- Santé.
|
Nouveauté 2008 : A la fin de chaque workshop thématique, une entreprise sera invitée à venir présenter son expérience de collaboration réussie avec un laboratoire de recherche public.
|
D'autre part, 3 workshops parallèles traiteront de thématiques horizontales :
|
- techniques de management de l'innovation ;
- Retours d'expérience en matière de valorisation de la recherche à l'étranger;
- aides financières et propriété intellectuelle.

Langues
|
| Les présentations se feront en principe en français avec traduction simultanée en allemand. Exceptionnellement, certaines présentations seront en anglais. |
| Vitrines de la recherche publique |
Tout comme en 2007, des stands thématiques permettront aux participants de découvrir des exemples concrets de technologies directement applicables en entreprise au travers de démonstrations, de présentations, de films,...
|
| « TechnoDating » |
Autre nouveauté de l'édition 2008, l'organisation de 6 rounds thématiques de « TechnoDating » qui permettront aux entreprises de rencontrer en un minimum de temps (10 minutes par chercheur) un maximum de chercheurs de leur domaine d'activité.
|
Exemple TechnoDating ICT : 5 laboratoires publics et 5 entreprises auront 10 minutes pour faire connaissance tour à tour. Un « gong » indiquera le début et la fin de chaque « round » de 10 minutes, ce qui fera au total 50 minutes pour rencontrer le maximum de chercheurs et optimiser la prise de contacts.

Coaching individuel par Luxinnovation
|
Tout au long de la journée, les conseillers de Luxinnovation se tiendront à la disposition des entrepreneurs et des chercheurs pour discuter de leurs projets avec ou sans rendez-vous. Des espaces de rencontre informels seront prévus à cet effet.
