Fighting climate change and accomplishing a clean and just energy transition are the biggest challenges of the 21st century and a big part of the European Green Deal, which intends to achieve climate neutrality by 2050, notably through the Fit for 55 Package, published in July 2021.
Halfway between COP 26 and COP 27, the summit will highlight policy, business, and academia’s priorities regarding the clean energy transition in Europe.
