Schmiedestraße 2
15745 Wildau (Germany)

The annual InnoTesting conference in Wildau (near Berlin) has gained a reputation as an international event for the exchange of ideas and experience in the field of simulation and testing in the aerospace industry as well as for the automotive sector, rail systems and electric power generation.

The 6th InnoTesting in 2017 will offer the opportunity to discuss problems of correlation of the results of computer-based simulations with those of conventional testing procedures in a circle of experts from the business world and academia. Simulations allow many test-runs for significantly lower costs than a test with a physical object, but to model real-life conditions might prove difficult – leading to distorted results.

The conference will start Thursday, February 23, at 09.30 and end with a business lunch Friday, February 24 at 13.00. It consists of several plenary presentations and a series of workshop sessions, so a wide spectrum of aspects can be discussed in detail.

As in the years before an additional workshop “Vibration and Shock-Testing“ organized by the GUS – Society for Environmental Simulation (German language) is integrated in the event.

There will be an excursion to the Rolls-Royce aeroengine testing facility in Dahlewitz on Thursday Feb 23, afternoon and a festive dinner later (bus shuttle service provided).

Registration fee including soft drinks, two lunches, excursion and dinner (bus shuttle from/to conference location provided) is 280€ plus 19 % German VAT (total 333,20€).
