In conjunction with the official trade visit to Latvia, the Luxembourg Chambre des Commerce, in cooperation with Luxinnovation, is planning an exclusive wood sector visit to Latvia on 13-15 March 2023. The wood sector plays a key role in the Latvian economy and contributes with approx. 20% to the country’s foreign experts. Latvian timber exports that could be of interest to Luxembourg wood processing companies notably includes sawn timber, construction timber and energy wood. Another focus of the sector is prefabrication lines in modular timber construction.
The Luxembourg Wood Cluster invites interested companies to join the visit in order to meet relevant Latvian companies, learn about their products and discuss potential business partnerships.
