New ideas and innovations can make your business take a big step forward – provided you can commercialise them and generate a positive economic return. This event will provide an insight into the essentials of protecting your intellectual property (IP) and applying it to enhance your market position.

Intellectual property – intangible property that is the result of creativity – is central for any innovative company, be it new products, software, design, algorithms, healthcare solutions, audio-visual productions or anything else. However, a brilliant idea does not necessarily become a sustainable commercial success unless it is protected and managed in the right way.

How can you unlock the potential of your IP? How can you enhance your market position by using the right IP strategy? How can you safeguard your intangible assets?

The Luxembourg HealthTech, ICT and Creative Industries Clusters managed by Luxinnovation, in collaboration with the Institut de la Propriété Intellectuelle Luxembourg (IPIL), are organising this event to highlight IP issues in an increasingly digital environment. Presentations will be given by Luxembourg and European IP experts as well as experienced practitioners from the start-up, research and investor spheres who will provide concrete advice on how to make IP a strategic asset of your company.
