We are looking for experienced, specialised consultants who can help companies assess their digital maturity in order to identify the most suitable IT tools to save time and money and to be more competitive.
Do you have expertise in the fields of business process and operational management analysis as well as digitalisation?
The Fit 4 Digital programme is aimed at helping Luxembourg small and medium-sized enterprises improve their performance, customer relations, sales and financial results by adopting relevant digital tools and processes.
As a Fit 4 Digital consultant, you will conduct a detailed analysis of selected companies and produce tailor-made action plans with recommendations including cost estimates of how they can become more digital. In case the companies choose to move ahead with the implementation of their action plans, you can also be called on to support them during the implementation phase.
The consultants are paid by the companies, which are subsidised by the Ministry of the Economy.
