Luxinnovation, the national innovation agency, contributes to Luxembourg’s economic development by stimulating innovation, fuelling international growth and attracting foreign investors to the country. Established as an Economic Interest Group (GIE), Luxinnovation is an initiative led by the Ministry of the Economy, the Ministry of Higher Education and Research, the Chamber of Commerce, the Chamber of Skilled Crafts and FEDIL – The Voice of Luxembourg’s Industry.

Within the agency, the Business Development department offers tailored services to support the creation and development of innovative start-ups and contributes to attract international companies that want to open offices in Luxembourg. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a:

Team Assistant (m/f)

Full-time, permanent contract, ref: TeamAss

Missions

  • Support the Department Director in his tasks:
    • Collect key performance indicators (KPIs) for the production of activity reports for the two teams within the department (International Business Development and Start-up Acceleration)
    • Create dashboards and keep indicators up to date
    • Plan and organise internal meetings or meetings with external partners
    • Ensure the timely production of meetings minutes and follow up on required actions
  • Collaborate with the two teams within the department in order to contribute to:
    • Ensuring the administrative follow-up of funding requests received from start-ups participating in programmes managed by the department
    • Feeding and monitoring the CRM database for the teams
    • Organising international business trips for team members
    • Providing support for the organisation of events managed by the department

Profile

You hold a Bachelor degree in business administration or equivalent and have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience. In addition, your skillset includes the following:

  • Excellent writing and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to listen, analyse and synthesise
  • Flexibility and excellent organisational skills (multitasking)
  • Autonomy, motivation and commitment to achieving results
  • Perfect command of English (compulsory, minimum oral and written level C1) and good knowledge of French (minimum oral and written level B2). The knowledge of Luxembourgish and German is an asset.
