Exclusively dedicated to SMEs, the SME Fund 2023 provides partial reimbursement of the filing fees for the protection of intellectual property in terms of patents, trademarks, designs or models, and plant variety certificates.
This is an initiative of the European Commission, implemented by the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
The Intellectual Property Office of the Ministry of the Economy and the Institute of Intellectual Property (IPIL) are organising, for the second time this year, an information seminar on the SME Fund 2023.
It will take place online on Thursday 5 October, from 10:00 to 11:00am, in French.
