Are you in search of a funding programme for your research and innovation project? The Marie Skłodowska-Curie Research and Innovation Staff Exchange (RISE) promotes cross-border and cross-sector collaboration between research and market within Europe and beyond.

Part of the Horizon 2020 framework programme, the RISE scheme supports industrial competitiveness and skills development through short-term staff exchange for research and innovation professionals. The aim is to facilitate the sharing of knowledge and ideas from research to market (and vice-versa).

In a nutshell

    Academic institutions and non-academic organisations (at least 3 from 3 different countries)
  • What?
    100% funding of staff exchange costs
    Exchange for up to 12 months per staff member (can be split into multiple stays of ≥1 month)
    Maximum of 540 person-months per project

    Call deadline every year
