LUXCOR, the Luxembourg Contact Office for Research & Innovation based in Brussels, has launched a new website. LUXCOR’s mission is to boost research, development and innovation (RDI) in Luxembourg via the opportunities offered by the European Framework Programme for Research and Innovation and to increase the country’s European visibility. The office aims to become the point of reference for strategic funding opportunities in the Brussels RDI ecosystem.

LUXCOR can be seen as the Brussels arm of Luxinnovation’s EU funding team, offering services to Luxembourg’s research and innovation stakeholders. It is a partnership between the six main research and innovation organisations in Luxembourg: Luxinnovation, the University of Luxembourg, the Luxembourg Institute of Health (LIH), the Luxembourg Institute of Socio-Economic Research (LISER), the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST) and the Luxembourg National Research Fund (FNR).

LUXCOR delivers a range of services along four strategic objectives: providing forward intelligence on EU funding to the Luxembourg RDI stakeholders, promoting the Luxembourg RDI ecosystem in Brussels, providing strategic RDI opportunities to the Luxembourg stakeholders and liaising between Luxembourg and Brussels.

The new LUXCOR website aims to promote Luxembourg’s research and innovation at the EU level. It provides an overview of the different LUXCOR activities and informs you about the latest Luxembourg RDI news as well as upcoming events in Luxembourg, Brussels and on the international level.
