Luxinnovation spoke with Metri CEO Costantin Bignoli:

How did you first hear about Luxinnovation and our Fit 4 Start programme?

A friend pointed out the programme to us and advised us to apply.

What was your biggest achievement?

Getting accepted to the programme was a very big achievement. Then getting our MVP ready to use and functional. The next one will be closing our first client.

Name 3 things you especially like about the Fit 4 Start programme?

  • The coaches
  • That the programme has a very specific goal i.e. the extra 100K, so when you get in you are really motivated to work as much as you can.
  • The right level of reporting and freedom. I like that we need to submit progress twice a month. More than that would be only time consuming and not helpful.

What did you learn so far by participating in the Fit 4 Start programme?

Soooo much! I really do not know where I should start explaining our journey, but mainly we learned how to build our own company with all the steps this entails.

What are the upcoming challenges for your start-up?

Achieving the objectives of this programme: that means closing our first 10 paying customers, then 100 then 1000…

Tips and tricks of an entrepreneur:

What advice would you give to other entrepreneurs?

“A good landing page is enough to get your first paying customer.”
