The objective of the pre-proposal check is to increase the chances of funding for applicants and transfer knowledge. Applicants will have the unique opportunity to discuss their proposals with experienced evaluators and National Contact Points to gain valuable feedback on work already done.

It consists of a 45-minute meeting between evaluators of Horizon Europe Calls, Cluster 2 National Contact Points and invited selected project coordinators. During the meeting, evaluators will provide feedback and tips on how to enhance project ideas.

Applications must be submitted via the online registration platform by the project coordinators, who should also indicate the second participant for the event. Number of slots available for the proposal event in November is limited and not all entries can be selected. The selection will be based on the quality of your application as well as the level of completeness of your project proposal.

Please note that the evaluators will not check to determine that proposals reviewed correspond to the specific call for which the proposal is written. Therefore, it is strongly recommended that applicants have an abstract of their proposal checked by the corresponding NCP contact. For Luxembourg, please reach out to Sanna Alaranta, Senior Advisor – European R&D and Innovation Support via email: sanna.alaranta@luxinnovation.lu
