How did you first hear about Luxinnovation and our Fit 4 Start programme?
We discovered the Fit4Start program while browsing the Luxinnovation website at the beginning of our journey.
What was your biggest achievement?
We bootstrapped the whole company from day one, developed our services internally and signed more than 60 salons in Luxembourg with zero funding. Lately, we also reached a new milestone of 1000 online appointments in a single week. We are proud of what we achieved so far. However, we are just getting started. Our mission goes far beyond Luxembourg.

- There are plenty of experiences to share and opportunities to learn from the 9 other start-ups in the programme that are all in various stages
What did you learn so for by participating in the Fit 4 Start programme?
We have made a lot of progress in defining an executing on a faster and more promising go to market strategy. Together with the coaches we also learned on how to define a sharper value proposition for each sub-vertical in the hair- and beauty sector.
What are the upcoming challenges for your start-up?
Our main challenge and focus is scaling up in Luxembourg and other European countries. We are getting very positive feedback from our existing customers in Luxembourg and we are working on bringing that same customer experience and value proposition to other countries in Europe.

What advice would you give to other entrepreneurs?
Talk to potential customer as early as possible. It will help you to find real product-market-fit faster and save you a ton of money along the way.
