The COVID-19 pandemic has had a profound impact on the Luxembourg economy. The healthtech sector is no exception to the rule.

For the third consecutive year, the Luxembourg HealthTech Cluster, managed by Luxinnovation, in collaboration with the Ministry of the Economy, is organising its annual event.

Under the theme “Overcoming COVID-19: The response of the Luxembourg healthtech sector”, this online conference will allow six Luxembourg companies active in the health technology sector to present how they have experienced this crisis.

They will talk about the immediate strategic options they had to consider at the very beginning, as well as about the long-term effects on their activity in terms of new offerings, organisation and working models and interactions with clients and authorities.

The conference will be opened by the Minister of the Economy Franz Fayot, who will share his vision of the health technology sector and the impact of the COVID-19 crisis.

On the occasion of this event, an interactive update of the mapping of private actors in the sector will also be presented.
