The result of a collaboration between the Ministry of Digitalisation and its technological arm, the Centre des technologies de l’information de l’État (CTIE), the GovTech Lab calls on knowledge from outside the State by introducing innovative ideas, skills or technologies from companies, start-ups, freelancers, students or researchers willing to support and accelerate the innovation of public services.

The new call for solutions “Trust My Data”, published on the public procurement portal from 21 July to 13 September 13, 2021, consists of developing a global concept and implementing the different technical bricks for the issuance of digital certificates verifiable by the State, based on the concrete case of the residence certificate.

The challenge is to digitize and secure the exchange of data certified by the State based on open standards that allow a secure and interoperable exchange of structured data with automatic authenticity verification.

Candidates interested in developing an innovative solution are invited to respond to the call for solutions on the public procurement portal, which includes all the participation details.
