The European Commission’s EIC Pathfinder programme supports the exploration of bold ideas for radically new technologies. It goes beyond what is already known and supports visionary thinking that can result in the development of transformative technologies and deep tech innovation.
The programme welcomes high-risk/high-gain and interdisciplinary cutting-edge science collaborations. Grants of up to €3-4 million support the early-stage development of future technologies (various activities at low Technology Readiness Levels 1-3) up to the proof of concept.
