About the workshop The aim of this workshop is to introduce the elements that are or may be subject to Intellectual Property (IP) protection in software development and business. It will cover the main protection tools, the points to be aware of and the best practices to be observed. Aspects relating to the efficient management of IP in cooperative projects will also be presented. Finally, the possibilities for financial support for the registration of IP rights offered by the European Union's SME Fund 2024 and by national aid schemes will be addressed.
