Who can benefit from Fit 4 Digital?

In order to be eligible for Fit 4 Digital, you must:

  • Be a small or medium-sized company based in Luxembourg for more than 3 years
  • Have a valid business permit granted by the General Directorate for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises
  • Not carry out an activity excluded by the Fit 4 Digital programme (please contact us for further details)

In case your company is a small enterprise (max. 50 employees), you are also eligible for the Fit 4 Digital Packages programme. Young companies (less than 3 years) are accepted.

Join Fit 4 Digital

Step 1: Apply
  • Choose the certified consultant with whom you would like to cooperate. Need advice? Luxinnovation is there to help you with your choice. Contact us.
  • Fill out and submit the online application form.
    Applications can be submitted at any time of the year.
  • Receive feedback from Luxinnovation. We will review your application and validate it once all selection criteria are fulfilled.
  • Send your signed application form to the Ministry of the Economy.
Step 2: Analyse
  • Start the in-depth analysis of your company together with the consultant.
    The analysis can start as soon as your application has been submitted to the Ministry of the Economy.
  • Receive your personalised action plan. Based on the analysis, the consultant will put together an action plan including cost estimates with recommended measures for your company. The plan will be validated by Luxinnovation.
  • Request the payment of the public subsidy covering the consultancy costs for the analysis.
Step 3 (optional): Implement
  • Launch the implementation of the action plan.
    The consultant can continue to advise and support you throughout the implementation phase (max. 18 months).
  • Request the payment of the public subsidy covering the eligible costs incurred once the implementation is finalised.
