Hosted at the foot of the impressive blast furnaces of the City of Sciences in Esch-Belval in southern Luxembourg, the Sonic Vision festival offered some thirty concerts on four different stages. The programme also included meetings, debates, round tables and conferences. More than a hundred professional speakers from all over Europe expressed themselves on themes concerning the entire music industry, from production to distribution and live performances.

In total, more than 650 European professional benefited from Sonic Visions to discuss the development and management of artists as well as financing and entrepreneurship in the music industry. Ten workshops focused on music innovation, intellectual property, new technologies and their interaction with music, and European funding for the music industry.

Sonic Visions attracted a total of over 3,000 during the two days.
